Garth has been passionate about real estate since his early years growing up in the seacoast area. Working in hotels and hospitality for most of his career Garth always knew that a career in real estate was his calling as he purchased and sold rental properties as a hobby and was truly enamored with the whole sales process.
Being a long-term resident of the seacoast area and a member of several local Chamber of Commerce, Garth has extensive knowledge of the local attractions, current events, neighborhoods and current market conditions.
With salesmanship and customer service engrained in him from his years in the hospitality field, Garth takes great pride in providing and maintaining world class service to his clients throughout the entire transaction to ensure a seamless process and close.
Garth resides with his family in southern Maine and enjoys sports, the beach, music, landscaping and creating culinary masterpieces.

Some of the recent adventures include Beijing, China and a 150 mile hike in northern Spain.

I spent much of my life in the Lakes Region/ Seacoast area, with the past few years being spent living and working in the Monadnock region. In August of 2022, my wife and I moved back to the Seacoast to be closer to family and friends. With my considerable knowledge of the southern region of the state and its market, I can extend a high level of service and expertise throughout the buying process. I live by a lake in Raymond with my wife and three cats(yes we are crazy cat people) and enjoy fishing, snowboarding, and music.
